Festival One:
On The Road is a series of concerts at youth groups around the North Island leading up to Festival One. The intention of these is to provide an opportunity for youth groups to invite their friends to a cool concert, and to strengthen youth groups. It is also an opportunity for youth groups to get together. As well as that it is an opportunity for bands to use their gifts and hearts more often, to develop their “voice”, and also for tech people to hone their skills. This is a grassroots movement, that will hopefully grow over time to a significant and appreciated part of the youth group Christian calendar.

Boost is our exciting intermediate-aged ministry held here at Ascende!
We encourage your tween and also their friends to join us to gather for God-focused fun!
Boost meets on selected Sunday mornings, keep an eye out for the Boost flag in the foyer.
Twice per term Boost runs Friday night outreach events - this is a perfect opportunity to bring friends to give them a taste of our fun!
Our leaders are passionately committed to seeing your tween grow in their walk with God. We look forward to seeing you there!

Ascende Global Youth Ministry is a vital part of Ascende Global Church in Hastings.
We are committed to raising up a generation of Christ-like teens who become leaders and influencers everywhere they go. Young people that are passionate about their faith and know how to walk that out in everyday life.
We are committed to journeying with our young people as they navigate this season of their lives.
We create safe spaces for youth, equipping them with the tools to live a life that cultivates healthy relationships and ultimately, to live a life that honours Jesus.
We meet every other Friday night in School Term time for an action packed night.
